 Cathy Towers

 Noelle Adler

Cathy 01.jpgAfter seven years as a nurse (SRN),  an interest in social cases moved Cathy to study for a Psychology degree, then diplomas in Psycho-synthesis Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy (BACP Senior Accredited Practitioner).

She has worked in management and trainer posts, as well as counselling and supervision for employers such as MIND, a national Social Work agency, a GP Practice and the NHS. Alongside she has run a private practice, gradually building this to be her sole employ.

In recent years Cathy trained in Zero Balancing bodywork which she found to be a simple and extremely effective way to bring improvement into a client’s sense of wellness, and a counter-balance for psychotherapy in her private practice.

Cathy has her private practice for individuals and couples in Exeter.
